I cannot say how well they would stay in place for flat bench or decline but i would suspect that you wouldn’t have an issue unless you have allot of hair in which you’d have the same issue with most other headphones

The volume on the headphones will get loud if you set the volume all the way up on your device and then use the headphones to control

When the volume is low you can still pick up noise around you which is good and turned up will even drown out the music the gym plays

Everything its good except for the cable position the crossfade lp wich i had before has the input on the left side seems like its not a big deal unless you are a dj😔

It connects to my iphone almost instantly and it blocks out outside noises well even on a low volume
