The laptop will fit but only with some force and it seems like itll do more harm than good referring to how tightly everything including the zipper presses up against the laptop and potentially scratchingwarping itits a very nice design if the laptop fits and should do nicely to protect your laptop from debris water scratching and your average wear and tear from just leaving the laptop out in the open
