Her professionalism and courtesy is the reason why i purchased this product. The tech support is very responsive and helpful!
I have two toddlers so the messes are plentiful. Great for cleaning couch and chairs where our cats have lain. Also handy for a quick dust and crumb pickup in kitchen and other rooms.
This roduct takes vacuuming to a new level. It comes with a few attachments, the crevice nozzle tool being my favorite. The crevice tool is a little hard to insert, but works well.
Cons
The dust collector to motor is poorly designed. Most likely it will break after emptying the dust collector a few times. Now i have to duct tape it together after i empty it to make sure it doesn't fall apart.
The battery life is absolutely horrid. The charge lasts 1 min. It lasts for maybe 1-2 minutes of use after a full charge.

This is a lightweight handvac, so it is easy to hold, and the suction is strong.
This vaclife is just unbelievable in the ability to hold a charge even when not plugged in constantly.
This is replacing a name brand hand help vac that never did hold a charge well and dropped to about a2-minute working time.
Price
It’s powerful enough for what i needed it for, affordable and just the right size.
I’m happy with it and recommend it to anyone looking for this type of vacuum at a reasonable price.

I received it in three days and this one works fine.
I contacted customer service, who promptly responded, they gave me some instructions to try which were unsuccessful.

Packaging/appearance
The container is also very easy to empty.
I opened the box and it was smaller than i expected, but it is very powerful and it got the job done.
Randomly, i got this because i had to move one of my cats into my bedroom, and so i had to put a covered cat box in my room.
Competitiveness
This is the first vac of this type that i’ve used so i don’t have a basis for comparison.

Ive used other handheld vacuums at other peoples houses and have never found one that works as good as this one

Like any vacuum you just have to empty it and clean the filter regularly to maintain great suction
