Pros
Works great as usual and i'm relieved to know if i do have any future issues that they got my back. Very responsive via email and replaced our unit with a brand new one. This thing works like a charm and worth every dollar i spent on it.
This is the best third-party seller experience i ever have had on amazon! Great customer service. It is terrific and so is the customer service department of vaclife. The customer service at vaclife is superb.
It has good suction and the nozzle does a great job getting the dog hair out of crevices. The filter and the accessories are all correct for the model.
Its design allows me to get to nearly all the nooks and crannies of the car. Reach far into the rear deck and the front dashboard.
Cons
Pretty disappointing. Not surprising. It dies in 10 mins or less! This is frustrating because up until this point we enjoyed having it.
The suction power is very low. This thing is junk.
Left it on the charger for a few hours, blinking blue light. When i turn it on, the light starts flashing.

But the filter part doesnt fit snug and bits of dirt and dust have gotten into the filter casing which i cant get out and i have had to pull things off of the opening that goes into the motor
