Pros
These days one is hard pressed to find excellent, prompt customer service. Thank you lily and vaclife. This * works on so much more.
This is the third (3rd) vaclife vaccum that we have purchased. The new vac works great, even * up stubborn cat hair on a gancy rug with a little sweat equity, and dead flies from window sills, no problem.
The suction is very good for a product of this type. Comes with an extra filter and filter sleeve. It comes with a few attachments. Love the attachments, can't beat the price.
Cons
The charging port was broken. I would have this a 5, but just over a year it stops loosing its charge after a 1 minute or so. It's annoying to have to keep recharging it even to do small jobs. Would not recommend, waste of money.

The second time i used it it was normal but it ran out of power before i can finish the job so i charged for 30 min thought that i can used for another 12 minutes but did not turn on

Edited the customer service team reached out to me right away and wanted to give me a refund or give their product another try so i picked a replacement and the vacuum work great
