Bought this brand the first time over a year ago. The customer service immediately send us an replacement. Highly recommend this brand.

Have not heard from the seller. Won't buy another one. Just put your money to an actual trusted product.
Won't close after opening. Won't snap into place easily. Have to literally fight with i to close it up. This item is a very stressful thing to use.

From a production standpoint i totally get while that was route to take for great customer service and i applaud their ultimate solution to my needs which in my opinion was above and beyond since it was our carelessness that misplaced the critical part to run the machine
