Pros
The suction is good, it lasts longer than expected, and the crevice tool is amazing! This feature is great for getting into dark corners and crevices. It is lightweight and easy to use.
Costumer service is pretty good and responsive. Lily from customer service was quick to respond to my emails and offered excellent service. That is super refreshing these days.
Cons
Very low suction. Paper filter is cheap and flimsy.
