Pros
Product as expected. Received promptly and as described. Better than rabbit. Dena is our sales rep and she can attest to the fact that these are real.
Cons
Vacu vin seems to have discontinued the previous design for this one. Half the time, we go to reopen a bottle from the night before only to hear absolutely nothing when the cork comes out. This product is useless.

I now use them at home and am pleased.
Great for preserving wine, use with the pump sold separately.
Price
This is the best price i have seen.
Packaging/appearance
I have used these for at least 10 years, and they do am great job of preserving a bottle of wine (better than re-using the original cork.
