Pros
Easy to pour and doesn't leak out everywhere. Gives me 2 days supply of tea or coffee- second day just pour out a cup, add milk, stick it in the microwave for 30 seconds. I wfh and drink a lot of coffe which ment boiling the kettle very 5mins.
Cons

Very good product,keeps the coffee hot for a long time excellent
I use it to hold my hot tea and i can have a cup without reheating water helping to keep energy efficient.
Hope it does not break in a couple of months.
Just start to use it, not to please with top being plastic.
