The ginger and pepper further adds to the horrible taste. None is any less foul, and if you don't drink it down all at once most of it settles as a sludge in the bottom of the cup.

Will be buying for friends as a gift it's so nice and tin much easier to manage than a packet and looks good.

The first time i tried this i used the recommended 1 tsp in a mug of warm almond milk

It was a bit overwhelming and gritty so the second time i made sure it was a flatlevel teaspoon and not a heaping teaspoon and it was much nicer
