Pros
It's so fragrant and flavourful and has zero bitterness. Huge assortment of teas to satisfy any pallet. The taste and purty of the leaves is of high qualty.
Oolong tea is very good for you. I depend on it's melatonin to help me sleep more soundly. Cardamon clears the disgestive tract.
Cons
This is the worst second flush darjeeling i have tasted ever. No distinctive flavour of a darjeeling. Wrongfully labeled count of 100 when there are only 15bags in it.
Very weak tea. Very inconsistent. Also disappointing that there is no mechanism for return. I know my review would be an outlier but honestly there is nothing special about this tea.

It is much more expensive, however, and i did order it accidentally but that’s my bad.

Ordered 2 by mistake and amazon prime won't accept returns.
Ordering and delivery went without a hitch.

Being plastic neutral and using good packaging to retain freshness while reducing waste.
Purchased this darjeeling and the handpicked organic breakfast ( comes beautifully packaged with bamboo tea tongs inside the box.
Competitiveness
8oz vs i can get 12oz out of typical tea bags with other brands.

The tea bag is not made of paper that always leave a strange taste but of some sort of open mesh that helps getting the whole favour of the chamomile without the taste of paper bag
