Pros
Very please and simply re-ordered without hesitation. I love that it is not overpowering whenever i put it on or in anything i am drinking or eating. I admit that i'm lazy when it comes to making tea.
Cons
Pictures pretty much sums it up. Just so bitter and way too strong. Needless to say, this tea is not for me.
The smell from the bag is like gym socks and the taste is revolting. I am on a low carb diet, and typically the matcha's i purchase include a negligible if not zero carbohydrate count.
They only publish positive reviews on their site - how convenient! Then again, raving and dishonest reviews hurt the customer trust base.
The color of the tea is supposed to be orangish. There was no malt flavor to the tea at all as listed.

Highly recommended for quality as well as customer service.
The chai has excellent flavor and i concur with the ambassador, if you like masala chai then you'll love vahdam's double-spiced version.
I've tried a few from this brand and have yet to be disappointed.

Competitiveness
I've been a loyal vahdam tea drinker for nearly two years.
Been drinking vahdam teas for years now - will never go back to other brands.
I would never have thought i would like this tea, but a sample was in a tea advent calendar from vahdam.

The ctc leaves were tiny microbead size and very deep redbrown in color

I use 34 times the recommended amount and then i get a good complex flavor with vague chocolate notes and not much vanilla
