The tea smells amazing it is fresh, you get two 7 oz for an excellent price. Had my first taste of chai tea recently on a recent trip to vancouver, at a michelin-starred indian restaurant.
Water and milk to a boil, add chai, reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. High-quality sealable bags that keep the tea is fresh.
Cons

I am disappointed with this tea because it has no earl grey flavor.
extremely disappointed and not at all as advertised. Not rich as advertised either. They only publish positive reviews on their site - how convenient! Then again, raving and dishonest reviews hurt the customer trust base.

I re-ordered this product because of the quality, freshness, and value.
I like the quality of the tea.
The chai has excellent flavor and i concur with the ambassador, if you like masala chai then you'll love vahdam's double-spiced version.
I've tried a few from this brand and have yet to be disappointed.
Price
The price is a bit high but the taste takes care of that.

Competitiveness
Been drinking vahdam teas for years now - will never go back to other brands.
I tried a variety pack of vahdam chai teas and this was my favorite.
I would never have thought i would like this tea, but a sample was in a tea advent calendar from vahdam.

I use 34 times the recommended amount and then i get a good complex flavor with vague chocolate notes and not much vanilla
