Pros

The printer is noisier when using these guys, but it hasn't affected performance. Was impressed with the packaging, definitely new condition of the cartridges, the competitive pricing and prompt delivery.

Cons

Black splotches all over the paper. Print is almost unreadable and unprofessional.

Printer toner is ridiculously expensive. Total hassle and waste of money. Emailed the company, no response.

Had a magenta cartridge spewing pink all over black and white copies.

This printer is not repairable. Took cartridge out and shook out due to excess powder.

The print quality is pretty good, especially for the cost difference vs.

Print quality, color, all of it as far as i can tell are the same.

I see no difference in the print quality or colors compared to the original cartridges.

Easy to install and well worth the price!

However, it is working perfectly for a good price.

Competitiveness

Much less money than manufacturer brand but work just as good for much less money.

A good alternative since the hp cartridges have increase a lot in price.

I hate paying more for new toner than the original printer cost.

I believe (husband buys these so not sure) those ending in x last longer, so worth a higher price.
