When i contacted valuetoner customer service they said they were out of cyan and offered a 14 credit

Of course cyan was the ink i needed and my printer would not work without it

When the printer is first turned the first page will print in color but the following pages do not

Well when you spend just 50 on a printer im going to take a risk that the warranty is going to be voided by using non hp ink throughout its lifetime
