Packaging/appearance
Nice packaging includes a recycling bag for your old ink cartridges.
Competitiveness
Can not tell the difference between this product and the more expensive hp brand, except the price 😉 definitely purchase again.
Recently, i bought both the re-manufactured hp 62 replacement color and black ink cartridge for my hp office-jet 5740 printer.
The price is much better than hp does the same job…mind you i don’t use it a lot but i know it will print when i need it 👍👍

The printer accepted the black cartridge with no issue but i had to reinsert the color cartridge 3 times before my printer recognized it
