    Upon opening the box i noticed the plastic bag for the black cartridge had already been opened in 2 pieces

    Upon removing the black cartridge from the plastic housing the protective tape covering the print head fell right off did not have to be peeled off like the color cartridge and there was a small glob of black ink on the bottom of the cartridge
