Pros
It's very easy to install and the metallic pink is a nice match to my pink watch casing. This is a great replacement with one small annoyance - the holes are at slightly different measurements than the original band.
Cons
I'm so dissatisfied and now it's too late to return! Will not buy again. Pretty disappointed. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
The rubber portion gets in the way and the latch can't get to where it needs to be. The metal needle part is very difficult to put into the watch holes. Spring clip broken on first attempt to install.
Plastic feels cheap and doesn’t mold as nicely to the wrist as the fitbit brand bands do. The fitbit bands, after a year plus, break and the buckle is still black. These bands are not soft silicone feel, like the fit bit original.

My fear is the pin that attaches the watch to the band if it is a weak pin and it gets snagged i could lose the watch entirely and not know it

Id have given a 5 if the band connection wasnt so fiddly
