The clasps that connect the band to the fitbit are slightly loose though the resulting gap is quite small and only noticeable to the person wearing the watch

The band could also be slightly wider to fit more snugly into the clasping bracket so it tends to shift back and forth slightly see picture

I purchased a similar one when my wife had her fitbit alta hr and she loved it so when she bought her new charge 3 buying this band was a nobrainer

Good design and looks nice however doesnt tighten enough does fit or feel the same as my band that came with the fitbit
