Pros
Perfect, high quality material. Exactly the same as fitbit factory issue. The colours are really nice easy to install. If you have good dexterity it's very easy.
I love how sturdy this band is. I work out with my fitbit a lot including boxing and my previous band broke but this one is considerable durable.
Be sure to measure your wrist as outlined in the description. It has 2 loops to lock the adjustable part of the band into place. The purple strap comes with a rose gold clasp, which matches the rose gold versa perfectly!
Cons
It seems like it will fall off / break at any moment. Also smells like petroleum oil. When starting a return (vendor says 100% satisfaction guaranteed) they want 1/2 the cost in return shipping fees.
My wife is unavailable to wear her fitbit with these straps as they are stiff. They are much more stiff making it uncomfortable to wear. The watch and is difficult to use as too stiff.

It can be tricky sometimes and could be easier and you really have to make sure they click in or they will unlatch and your watch will drop off
