The draw string for the hood has accidentally been caught in a seam meaning it doesnt work as intended to tighten the hood around the head

It is bit heavy and bulky i suppose it’s because it’s so warm and she found it difficult to pack away on her own

Ive only used it once and the temperature wasnt that cold so cant say how it fairs in colder temperatures
