Pros
I recommend buying the “footprint’ for the tent as i felt this gave a little extra “support” against the wet for the underneath. The large porch is big enough to get all my gear in.
Cons
No tent now so the planned break away is now on the scrapheap. Avoid at all costs.

Water does collect on the top of the door and as you unzip it drips into the inside

It only leaked very briefly around the top of the zip where it joins the mosquito net as the wind changed direction and was lifting the zip cover
