I purchased this size as it was a replacement for my old vango icarus 500 so i was able to use the footprint and carpet having just come back from a long weekend away i have to say i was very impressed it held up well to strong winds and gust of 2025 the tent kept it shape and that was without using the tbs straps the canopy took a beating but the poles flexed enough would of been better to of rolled it up but with my kitchen set up underneath it and heavy rain i just kept an eye on them it is very easy to pitch about 15 minutes with a footprint and all the guide ropes in place found it to be fully waterproof with one night of heavy rain and early morning showers and although the ground sheet is not sown in the floor stayed dry
