This thing is awesome. The device is also very durable and has a sturdy construction. The product seems extremely durable and seems like it should last a very long time.

It's quite fast able to accept large files without glitches or delay. It's decently fast, copying large files at 300mb/s according to windows. Based on copying the contents of my 256gb hard drive to the 240gb ssd.

Sometimes the easiest way to transfer a lot of files between pcs is with a portable storage device like this one. Thumb drives this fast cost about the same as this one does and are usually thicker than this. Good for taking data between home and work... Read More

Cons

Gb is too small if you consider the 500gb version is not much more expensive. It is unable to process other partition types - fat, ext4 etc. It cannot be used for raspberry pi os or other linux os flavors.

With the holidays it’s been difficult to test with my laptop.

My only wish (4 stars for storage capacity) is for a 2tb version.

I’m using this ssd to replace a 1tb older samsung ssd in a raspberry pi 4 running home assistant.

This thing is no bigger than an ipod mini or a container of tic-tacs!
