Xl fits perfect. This shirt is a very comfortable layer of protection for all day.

Cons

This is an xl shirt that is not designed for even an xl body. Even the extra-small fits too loosely on an average male of 5'8 and 155 lbs with muscular physique. The waist area is extremely loose in particular.

Go to sporting goods store and spend more for the best quality.

Not happy at all. Very unhappy with it. The color is not even close to the picture. Sadly, these are no different.
