If you normally wear a xl tshirt or dress shirt buy an xxl otherwise the sleeves will be too short and there will be no room in the chest

The hood is sized very generously and does a great job of keeping the sun off of my face and neck but i have to wear a baseball cap to keep it out of my eyes

The fabric was a bit see through the cuffs were tight around my wrists not making it comfortable if i want to push the sleeves up and at the end i am returning the item
