Pros
The women’s cut is pretty long, over the hips in a bikini, keeps the top of my * from burning. I don't blame the company for my short torso for the rest of my body, but that would be my only complaint- it's a little long so it pools a bit.
The fit is slim, but not tight. I am 5’8” and 197lbs, size 14. I can wear size large in almost everything except dickies scrubs, which also run small and i need an xl on the bottom.
I wear it a lot on hot days for sun protection and it dries quickly and breathes well. Feels cool even when the temperature is high. I love not having to apply sunblock. It is cool and breathable.
The material is a nice weight, not to thin. Not flimsy at all; it's just the nature of the fabric. Nice fabric, breathable, looks great.

The little gathers at the shoulder are more feminine and the shirt fits better than the mens where the shoulder hangs halfway to my elbow but the hem grabs my hips and thighs curvy ladies you know the problem

So i lopped off the end of the sleeve to wrist length it was a mens shirt and the sleeves hang past my finger tips so i was rolling them and now it doesn’t get in the way of my grip

Most of the cool tops dont protect against sun so thats a strong point for this top
