Pros
It is an ideal size for carry on and i would not hesitate in recommending it. Has the handy wheels so was easier to carry when you have hands full. The only let down is the wheels are very noisy.
Cons
It also offers no support and feels very flimsy. Still waiting for refund and returns label weeks later.

Was surprised how much can fit into these bags we bought two and even packed to full to capacity with clothes it did not reach 12kg
