Pros
It heals my back pain which has been tortured me for over 6 months. Ten minutes on this in the morning and my back feels completely free, painless and refreshed. These mats also make a great reflexology pad to stand on.
I use it every night for around 10-20 minutes before bed. It relaxes me beautifully for sleeping. Put a timer; that's what i do.

No discomfort while using, but feels like a sunburn afterward. No rashes or anything weird, just feels great and has a good sleep.
