Pros

Got this for a 15hr trip to australia. Got these for my grandchildren for the long car rides. Perfect for travelling when you're travelling between cities. The memory foam is very comfortable and the lock strap is very easy to adjust and remove.

The colors are nice (black and grey) and the material is very gentle. Seems very well made and soft.

The pillow supports the head while also conforming to how the head tilts and moves during sleep. It's a bit bulky, but soft and keeps moisture off your neck with that material they put on there.

The string to tighten is great and i didn't use the ear plugs or my eye sleep cover but it's there if i decide to use it. Comes with earplugs and a blindfold which was an added bonus. Even comes with a carrying pouch.

Cons

Extremely unsatisfied with the product. There isn't enough support from it being to soft so your neck will be sore.

The black magnetic cloth irritates the skin on my cheeks after using it for a while, and i felt the foam could be a little more firm.

I have always had to use one of these neck pillows, but they never seemed to work.

All that value for such a good price is definitely unbeatable.

In summary, it is a good bang for the buck, being comfortable and functional.

Great buy for the amt that was spent on it.
