Pros
It's made out of memory foam, being soft enough to be comfortable behind your neck. Firm enough to support your head if you have you chin pressing on it.
The memory foam is super comfy! Perfect size and rests your neck nicely. Lock strap is very easy to adjust and remove.
Cons
Extremely unsatisfied with the product. There isn't enough support from it being to soft so your neck will be sore.

Pretty straight forward, a solid quality travel pillow for the price you pay, excellent value.
I used different types of pillows and none of them satisfied my needs because some quality was very low, somewhere were very expensive.
Price
All that value for such a good price is definitely unbeatable.

Nice product as described but very soft my mistake it is mentioned already but i thought it is the material as soft not as a pillowso my problem is that i don’t feel it at all it may be a great point for someone else

The black magnetic cloth irritates the skin on my cheeks after using it for a while and i felt the foam could be a little more firm

Overall the whole product should be 5 stars but we were missing a pair of earbuds in one of the packages upon arrival
