Pros
Ex-large is one size up for me but better because it tends to shrink over time. These are so hard to find in stores now, all they have are the snug fit. Liked it all. Fits me very well.
Cons
Fits frumpy. V-neck is too high. The fabric is cheap, the lace is itchy.
