Pros

We get about 40 watches donated each year, most of which require new batteries. Used for crystal mods on seiko.

Very easy to use and is very sturdy. Setup has to be done carefully but once you get the hang of that it is easy.

Vastar works perfectly and seems to be well made. Works like a charm in my wife's watch collection. The press works exceptionally well. Overall impression is the device works, but with some patience.

Cons

The handle is aluminum, which is a very soft metal. Thus, it bends easily. Flimsy product. The discs are not flat and pushes the crystals in crooked.
