Pros

Took loads of hair out and unblocked the drain in minutes. Comes with a handy storage bag too. Does the job it is ment to do.

Cons

Wouldn't go into our shower drain to remove the blockage. Scratches the bottom of the toilet as seen in picture. This shows the flimsy nature of the product. Load of cr@p.
