    First it does not fit a dog that has hair that isnt super short it is impossible to fit tightly enough

    Even when i did finally get it to fit snuggly she shook her head and it immediately loosened up and it beeped its warning beep before it shocks

    This made me take it off immediately because if it shocks a dog just for shaking its head that is definitely not ok

    I even tried measuring her neck and tightening it perfectly but without shaving her neck this would never work
