Pros & Cons
Pros
Decent product for the price. The plastic part is comfortable to hold and the included gloves are a bonus. My only complaint is that there are narrow parts to the end of the snake.

The red plastic feels semi cheap but i'm sure it will work for what's needed. Easy to use & does a great job too. Lots of youtube videos if your unsure!
Cons
I think perhaps if the line was skinnier may it could work better. It’s a cheap little gizmo that’ll rust if you don’t pull the full length out and let it dry.

Packaging/appearance
Fast shipping and works great for hair stuck in the drain
It helped in removing the clogged drain.
The hand crank retracts the spring so i can insert it into the drain.
This thing worked after we managed to get it past the cross that is across the drain.
Competitiveness
It works perfectly with my sink & bathtub drain which are clogged by my wife's hair.
Just 1 min, and i can believe what i can pull out from the pipe omggg.

Also if you are going all the way up to 25 feet there is nothing holding the end of the cable so if you ae not careful it will go all the way into the pipe

There is no hole in the drum to lubricate the cable so you have to remove the screws on the back of the drum to access the cable and spray some wd40 to avoid rust
