Quality
Having said that, i am overall very pleased with the product and the customer service.
With a great quality of construction and looks natural in every place that is placed around the house.
I could easily rate this product 5 stars, but with the hope that manufacturer would improve the mentioned problem, i took one star off.
A gift for a friend, it was set up while i was with her and we were both very happy with the quality and the efficacy of this item.
Packaging/appearance
Disappointed there is no sample oil in the pack so had to order those separately.

It only requires 2 3 drops of aromatic oils to work unlike another unit i tried that required 5 times that amount as was not as effective4

Looks good the base is good quality aswell the lid plastic and looks a bit cheap and for some reason mine doesnt have the auto shut off when empty woke up to it this morning still whirring away on empty

First one did not function as expected but as soon as i contacted the seller they immediately apologised and send a replacement
