I emailed customer support to ask where i could get the drivers to install on another pc and they are hopeless
If you lose or bin the cd that comes with these you will not find the software driver on the net
The manufacturers website does not provide software for these earphones
Headphones themselves are not bad they did well whilst i was running etc however there is a major lack of support from the manufacturer of these devices
