This works great! Does as exactly what it is supposed to. Great little usb c hub. Tested all ports, all working as expected.
The 8 in 1 solves the issue of only two ports on the macbook air. You don't have to constantly unplug and reconnect.
Hdmi port works well with a 2018 13 mbp and a non-retina 1920x1200 dell display. Other than that, it has a nice metal build to it and only gets slightly warm when using both hdmi and ethernet. K hdmi works great with my lg monitor.
Cons
For some reason it seems on netflix only the image keeps cutting out, sound still works but not the image. I am very unhappy with this product and have only just now realized that it is the products fault. It doesn't matter which of the usb ports i us... Read More

This product works really well and its solidly built.
I bought this few weeks ago because my microsoft surface pro doesn't have a hdmi port to connect to my monitor.
I have used the vava hub for last few days and didn't find any issue connecting internet or second monitor (4k).
Price
With a $10 reduction in the price at the point of purchase, it was a steal.
Shipping
I was also impressed that the product was delivered on time and much faster than usual even though i only used regular canada post.

Unfortunately the sd card slot on this stopped working about 6 months in but what i was incredibly impressed by was their customer service

I have a 65w usbc charger the hub consumes some of that so i get warning messages about the wattage being lower than recommended but if i had a higher wattage charger this wouldnt be an issue
