The downsides are the attachments do not feel great quality and they are a faff to use

Hose and cord length on this model could also be better as it means more unplugging and plugging in again than should be necessary

We dont like the way the brush gets in the way of the crevice tool and being medium height rather than short ie 1

We previously had the vax mach2 air or similarly named which looked the same as this vac but was about double the price which had to repair twice however took a punt with this cheaper version due to reviews and have to say its an impressive suckeryeh the parts are cheaper now than the original some cost cutting the handle is steel tube rather than aluminium and it feels a bit more plasticy but boy does it suck
