Do not buy this piece of junk. The wire is so thin that the hoover will eat it up if you roll over it and destroy it entirely. The mechanism that switches on the rollers/brushes in the part that goes on the floor no longer works.

Packaging/appearance
It came boxed really well everything was individually wrapped but most impressive everything was recyclable no plastic wrapping.
The vacuum arrived in a strong modest size box with everything neatly arranged inside, plus everything was well protected.
So i unpackaged the hoover which came in the box pictures and each little part was packaged in its own little “hover bag” style packaging.
It was packaged in all recyclable packaging.

Considering its very similar in a lot of ways to our current shark hoover and half of its price, this is a good buy for any home.
It is noticeably lightweight in comparison to other upright cleaners.
The tools on this look very similar to my other vax cleaner.

I still wish pet hoovers came up with a better dirt cylinder for pet hair as this is no better than others trying to empty but it definitely sucks them up

I have a black lab so hair is usually quite obvious but her fur does get worn into the carpet but now i dont mind as the suction on this hoover is very strong and really gets into the fabric and lifts hairs and dirt

May seem trivial but all the packaging is recyclable amazing to see a branded company taking a step in the right direction

As is now a regular feature with vax products the packaging is plain not shiny cardboard with minimal plastic to make it easy to recycle plus the parts were also wrapped in paper bags too which shows theyre really thinking about their environmental impact
