Suction is fantastic and providing you wash the filter every now and again no problems.
I have to vacuum every day and the dust and hair after a week builds up, the bush bar really gets in deep to the pile of the carpet.
I thought i’d get used to it but after a year it still bugs me!

I’ve had a number of vax hoovers it’s always my go to brand never had a problem with the smaller capacity as i just empty it more

It unravels the whole thing as it doesn’t secure well on the back of the hoover so you end up either in a tangled mess or fighting with the cord like you’ve got a whip

I like the ordered best for me and great suction and very lightbut i ordered one you sent two and i am still waiting for one to be picked back up as i am housebound you have agreed i can return it but i am still waiting for a refund and it to be collected

The collection unit takes about 5 mins to empty after taking it apartthe quick release on the bottom of the canister isn’t much good the only bad thing about the vacuum they should include a good stiff brush for cleaning the filter section inside the canister because the dusthairfur builds up

This just goes to show how well this unit works i had a dyson animal previously and it just didn’t clean deep enough
