The vacuum was delivered inside another box (the packaging was exactly right, amazing for amazon!
The package had dust on the inside of the sellotape, again indicating it had been opened.

Perhaps a few more attachmentns included would be nice, the three in one tool is a bit of a faff and i can see it getting lost.
Because for less than half the price of many current dysons, it keeps up with them.

The other issues i ran into were things like the pole the handle is extremely uncomfortable is very flimsy feeling plastic and has no proper grip or ergonomic design to it at all

At one point vacuuming my bedroom carpet the pole actually came away from the head three times and the handle actually slipped right out of the pole the suction is great but the pieces should be held in place by a clicking mechanism or button to stop this from occurring
