It was clogged enough the cap wouldn’t pop off easily like it should and broke while trying to remove it but customer service sent me a new roller bar without any hassle

Good for small bits on hard floors but the main reason i bought this was to vac the car unfortunately suction not strong enough for dog hairs etc in car
