There is absolutely no way of contacting the seller (amazon) to complain. It has been sent back for a refund. On first use a retaining ring in the neck broke.

We had a very tough, quite dirty carpet to clean, and this really did get the job done!
Excellent product but was not for me
Maybe not as good as upright carpet cleaner but changed my multivax to a proper carpet washer.

Go slowly and it will lift a lot of dirt from the carpet
