Pros
The suction on this is amazing. It's a great hoover. The only let down is a missing ultra long vacuum hose, which would allow you to vacuum the stairs, without carrying the machine up the stairs with you.
This vacuum is great for cleaning heavy carpeting. I have laminate flooring throughout my home. I am so thrilled and my carpets have never looked cleaner.
Cons
The cord is incredibly long and you have to physically hold it out of the way with one hand at all times. The suction is not great as described. I actually have to crawl across the floor with a lint roller to collect all the bits the vacuum misses.
Brought under 1 year ago, just gone bang. Unplugged from the mains and managed to put it in the garden (in a panic) after less than 6 months the motor is going so leaving a nice burned plastic smell, it's still under warranty.
The nozzle hose is way too short. Can't be used for stairs due to the inability of the hose to stretch at all.

Well, after making do, with a couple of £35 odd hoover,s that last one gave up & stopped working.

My old machine needed replacing, so i bought this vax at a good price.
If you’re looking for an affordable, good quality vacuum this is the one for you!
I went in at an affordable price but it’s already paid me back!
I could not justify £90 on a hoover!

Down side is the hose doesn’t reach the top of the stairs in our house so ever faithful old henry gets let out

Down side number 2 is that it really struggles with the shag pile carpet and the brush bar keeps stopping even when on full airflow capacity

So there are only two let downs for us that the hose should be longer to reach the top of the stairs and like i mentioned before it struggles with a shaggy pile carpet
