Pros
It's the first time in my life i am actually enjoying hoovering. It's so easy to unlock the dirt cannister and to recharge it. Only downfall is that the battery is heavy.
Cons
The suction is okay but only really performs when the increased power * are pressed. To get decent suction on carpets, you have to put on on max power mode, and the battery won't last long.
All in all, it’s a waste of time and money and hugely disappointed. Dissatisfied with vax. Advise is avoid and save up for a shark.

It struggles to pick up general dust and dirt even on laminate flooring. Always been poor around skirting boards and corners. Up debris off the floor and then spits it back out at you at warp speed.

Overall very happy with product and customer care.
Suction power is good especially with the rotating brush but need to keep all parts clean.
Fast forward 3 months after my initial purchase and i was told today they can't give me a refund before i return the product.
Had problem with the plug end of the charger and amazon were exceptionally gr8 and offered a free replacment as it was only 7 months old.
Price
Great product for the price, wouldn't pay full price but amazon day deal vfm was great
Competitiveness
It has done the stairs well and it was much easier than a corded hoover.
It is slightly heavier than other models.

If you dont get time to regularly clean its obvious to use a proper wired vaccume as its obviously not an industrial type cleaner

When the product arrived it was faulty

I contacted customer support and was told on 2 separate occasions that i would get a refund and that i didnt have to return the product as it was faulty
