I'm a 24hr carer for several family members - and this is an absolute godsend. An absolote game changer for me. It’s saves a lot of time and does a great job.

My floors dry really quickly, and come up very clean and shiny after using this. What was slightly irritating was the machine clean up afterwards. This vax cleaner is used in a house with a real wood floor for the majority of the lounge area.

Filling and emptying are really easy. The cleanliness is totally acceptable. The vax cleaning solution is great, no residue left behind and it smells nice and fresh.

This is certainly more hygienic and gets a better clean than mopping. No more sweeping floor and mopping and finding more detritus.

It leaves an inch or two boarder that it doesn't clean, regardless of angle. Can't clean up to the edge either forwards or sideways leaving a 1-2 inch line of dust and dirt. Leaves floor very wet and then, when dry, smeary and streaky.

The water tank is ridiculously small and needs emptying every few minutes or so. Battery lasts about as long as my patience before i revert back to a mop and bucket! Leaks when stationary.

Charging unit is also very temperamental. Battery only just lasts long enough for me to do my downstairs. Vax really ought to mention, in clearer terms, that you have 21 days for a refund.
