The vax s 84-w7-p steam cleaner is extremely easy to use. It makes'mopping' and cleaning so easy and even fun. It's quite lightweight, and glides nicely so you don't feel like you're dragging a vacuum around.

This eagerly anticipated purchase is sadly a massive disappointment. This is awful and wasteful considering it's going to be thrown away. Who does that?

Most irritating part is the latch that holds the mop on to the end of the steam wand. It's a pest to stick it back in every two or three minutes, and sometimes the latch itself can then fly off. The attachments for the portable steamer are tiny.
