Pros
Carpet cleaner comes with a small bottle of cleaning solution. Carpet feels slightly damp after use but not soaking wet. Not too much spray comes out and doesn’t leave everything wet.
Easy to put together and use. Easy to fill & empty. Lightweight, easy to use, quick and very efficient. Instructions are clear well written and there is an instruction booklet.
Cons

Trying to get through to vax support however is nigh on impossible. They don't recognise my warranty registration number, which i am literally copy and pasting from their email! On the whole — a negative, memorable experience not to be repeated.

The way we use it is with the vax cleaning solution and warm water spray on the area you want to clean rub vicariously and then it easily suctions it up
